Cousins signed with the Vikings and the decision from a football view couldn’t be better as he joins a team that finished 13-3 last season and has a lot of current and upcoming fantasy weapons. Cousins could be considered a bit underrated from a fantasy perspective. Over the last three years he has been a top 10 scoring QB, and now moves to a team with a phenomenal coaching staff and front office.

I think Cousins should be somewhere between the 8-12th QB taken in fantasy drafts this year and he has great value in the 8th and 9th round. Based on his history and new team he should be a great option for fantasy owners who like to go heavy on RB and WR in the first 5-7 rounds. I’d like to note this also raises the value for players like Stefon Diggs, Adam Thielen, Kyle Rudolph, and ESPECIALLY Dalvin Cook. John DeFilippo will have a lot of success in the red zone with these players, and the defense will help to keep the offense in good positions.
